Eenhana Vocational Training Centre participated in Kunene Regional Annual Career Fair which was organized by the Kunene Regional Council, Directorate of education, which took place as from 08 – 12 April 2024 at four different places in Kunene Region, namely: Khorixas Youth Centre, Outjo Secondary School, Kamanyab Youth Hall and Putuavanga Senior Secondary School in Opuwo.The event was attended by Grade 7 -12 learners from different schools from three Circuits in Kunene region, which are Khorixas, Opuwo and Epupa.
The Career Fair was attended by different institutions, such as Nakayale VTC, Okakarara VTC, Namwater, Namibia Defence Force, Ngato VTC, Ministry of Land, NUST, Welwitchia, National Youth Service, Alba Chipamba, Triphant College, IUM, UNAM and many others, with the aim of providing career guidance to learners and expose them to different career opportunities while they are still in school, in order for them to make informed decisions when it comes to career choices.
