Eenhana VTC TRCs attended a leadership training by Victory Training Centre, as from 12 - 13 April 2024 at Rock Lodge, Okahandja.
Through this leadership training, TRCs acquired more knowledge and skills when it comes to leadership. They learned how to set goals, manage time, prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities. These experiences not only shape their character but also enhance their ability to adapt, collaborate, and lead in various settings.
Moreover, effective leadership requires strong interpersonal skills, such as active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution, which students can cultivate through practical experiences.
We are confident that they will emerge as confident, responsible and visionary leaders who can positively impact Eenhana VTC and shape a better future for all.
