Eenhana VTC successfully hosted NEV TVET HUB Photovoltaic/ Solar Plant inauguration

Today, August 16, 2024, we proudly hosted the inauguration ceremony for the NEV TVET Hub Photovoltaic Solar Plant at Eenhana Vocational Training Centre. This project marks a significant advancement in both renewable energy and technical education in our region and Namibia at large.

A heartfelt thank you to GIZ for their generous funding and unwavering support in bringing this vision to life. Your commitment to sustainable development in Technical and Vocational Education and Training is truly inspiring and will have a lasting impact on our community and beyond.

The event was graced by distinguished guests including Honourable Itah Kandjii-Murangi, Minister of High Education, Technology and Innovation, who officiated the event, H.E. Dr. Thorsten Hutter, German Ambassador to Namibia, H.E. Ana Beatriz Martins, EU Ambassador to Namibia, Hon. Lieutenant General (rtd) Sebastian Ndeitunga, Governor of Ohangwena Region, and Hon. Cllr Selma Kawiiwa, Deputy Mayor of Eenhana Town and many more.
