Eenhana Vocational Training Centre (EVTC) has not been with a Centre Manager for the past 13 months, since Mr. Isak Ndipwashimwe left to Valombola VTC. Mr. Junias Jakob was then appointed as a Centre Manager for Eenhana VTC and resumed duty in this new role on 01 April 2024.
Mr. Jakob has more than 17 years’ hands on experience in public services administration and technical project management. He is conversant and passionate with the Namibian TVT industry and is a keen team role player in transforming TVET industry. He holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
On 07 May 2024, the Head of Training, Mr. Albina Uusiku introduced Eenhana VTC Centre Manager, Mr. Junias Jakob to Ohangwena Regional Governor, Lt (Rtd) Honorable Sebastian Ndeitunga and different stakeholders in Eenhana town.
During the meeting at the Office of the Governor, Honorable Ndeitunga welcomed Mr. Jakob into his new role and further urged for good working relationships in order to serve people in Ohangwena Region and Namibia at large. Representing the Director of Education, Mr. Kavendje attested that there is a good working relationship between Eenhana VTC and Ohangwena Directorate of Education. He further identified some of the Ministry’s projects done by Eenhana VTC Production Unit, such as Haimbili Haufiku renovation, construction of five (5) ablution facilities at different five schools in Ohangwena region, Construction of four (4) special classrooms at four different schools as well as school chairs and tables.
Lt. (Rtd) Honorable Sebastian Ndeitunga commended the work done by Eenhana VTC and promised to offer support were possible.

Olivia Hanghuwo, Ohangwena Regional Commander, Commissioner Ottilie Kashuupulwa, Councilor of Eenhana Town, Ms. Ester Kavela, the Ohangwena Regional Council Director of Planning, Ms. Julia Kakwambi, the CEO of Eenhana Town Council, Mr. Gabriel Benjamin, Ohangwena Regional Acting Director of Health and Social Service, Mr. George Jeremia, Eenhana Station Commander, Chief Inspector Helvi Amakali, MICT Regional Head, Ms. Mestilde Shiningayamwe, Eenhana Town Council Public Relation Officer, Ms. Ottilie Shingenge, Eenhana VTC Centre Manager, Mr. Junias Jakob, Eenhana VTC Head of Trainee Support, Mr. Webster Mazila, Eenhana VTC Head of Training, Mr. Albina Uusiku and the Liaison Officer, Ms. Jakobina Kambonde.
